No. We believe the creation of a logo should always happen within the context of a visual identity. That's the only way to visually translate the brand with personality and also make it suitable to all possible touchpoints and screen sizes.

Our process begin with an online form with more specific questions. The answers we receive are usually enough to leads us through a project. When we think it's necessary, we send further questions. Very seldom, when doubts remain, we schedule an online meeting with you.

The normal deadline for the concept presentation is 20 working days after all questions are answered and no doubts remain. The final presentation will happen 7 days after that first concept presentation. We need that time for our creative process to happen with the ideal pace and structure. We follow a rigid schedule so that every project earns the same attention and is delivered on the right date.

You'll receive PNG and JPEG files (that you can use to work on Canva, for example), also EPS (for use on Adobe apps, in case you or your team are able to use them) and PDF ready for printing. We'll include designs for business card, letterhead, envelope, digital business card, profile picture for social media  and Instagram stories highlights covers.

Yes, it's possible to change and personalize the bundle we deliver to you. Please, let us know beforehand. Bear in mind some designs cannot be changed for they may involve a more complicated creation process. Whenever that's the case, we'll send you a specific quote.

No, only the digital files, so that you and your team can work with them and having them printed with the company of your preference.
